I have always found DT employees knowledgeable and obliging even for small services such as checking the tire's air pressure. I have bought several sets of tires over the years and I faithfully take them in for rotation each year and have not been disappointed with the service I receive.

Staff went above and beyond to help me deal with a blowout on the freeway by handling my car when the tow truck dropped it off while I was away. I had just purchased a set of four tires for another vehicle the week before, and the service was top-notch, as it always has been over the 14 years I've been going to Discount Tires.

The remodel was great. Just bring back the sun canopy for customers and have one for the Free Air check station. Especially during hot days in Rancho San Diego. Courtesy water (small cold bottles) would be a great welcome during hot days.

All is good until the end said he would text me when my car was done so I went for a walk luckily, I walked back about an hour and a half because he never text me my car was sitting out in the parking lot ready

I already made a comment on my tire replacement experience on 7/21/2025, suffice to say I am not happy about the experience. A lug nut receptacle was damaged, and it has to be replaced before the lug nut can be re-attached. My local auto repair company will repair it tomorrow 7/ 24/2025. I expect that Discount Tire will do the right thing and reimburse me for the damage.
